Graduate Development Program
Armstrong Fluid Technology's Graduate Development Program is intended for graduates interested in operations, supply chain excellence, and process optimization.
The program combines rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, and planning.
Program highlights
- Complete a 12-month rotation across production, materials management, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.
- Apply Lean principles and process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver customer value.
- Contribute to a resilient, digitally enabled supply chain supporting Armstrong's global growth.
- Develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills through structured training and personalized mentorship.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to support product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Education and experience
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
- A dual background in engineering and business or operations management is encouraged but not required.
- Internship, co-op, or academic project exposure to operations or supply chain activities is highly valued.
