- Oversee sales operations within an assigned territory
- Manage and support the sales team
- Ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and distribution targets
- Visit key customers, build and maintain relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines
- Monitor performance of distributors or sales representatives
- Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate product launches and support marketing activities
- Provide on the job training to team members
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, assess market trends
- Proven team management and training capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in sales supervision or field sales within food ingredients, FMCG, or foodservice preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory, plan customer visits, and execute route to market strategies
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and results oriented mindset
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and travel within assigned area
