The Area Sales Manager will lead business development and sales operations for cut-and-bend steel rebar.
The role focuses on revenue growth and long-term partnerships across the UAE construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Drive business development and market expansion within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other key industry clients.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
- Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards for management.
Requirements
