Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for PALFINGER products in West Africa, driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
- Expand the PALFINGER dealer network by supporting the identification, evaluation, and appointment of new dealers across West Africa in collaboration with the Network Development department
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, key customers, and strategic partners across the region
- Drive business development through market analysis, opportunity identification, and expansion into new industry segments
- Support partners and customers with product expertise, commercial negotiations, solution based sales, and ongoing monitoring of sales performance, forecasting, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial equipment, lifting solutions, or related B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of distributor management and market development in emerging or international markets (experience in West Africa is an advantage)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills with multicultural stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the region, and manage complex sales cycles

Job Overview

- We are looking for an Area Sales Manager & Business Developer for West Africa to grow PALFINGER’s business in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for PALFINGER products in West Africa, driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
