- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience (preferred)
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts (preferred)

Job Description

A Day in the Life
- You’ll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites.
- Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site.
- You’ll also monitor and maintain process efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
