The Area Manager will oversee multiple restaurants in the UAE and lead outlet managers and their teams.

Required qualifications
- Experience managing multiple restaurants in the UAE within the food and beverage industry.
- Restaurant operations management experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Operations and performance
- Monitor budgets, improve sales, control costs, minimize waste, and drive revenue growth.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop operational strategies, analyze market trends, and implement improvements.
- Generate reports, track KPIs, and present findings.
People and customer leadership
- Train, mentor, and appraise outlet managers and their teams.
- Build a strong culture and act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
