Job Description

A Day in the Life
- Work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency.
- Prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, along with escalations, process improvement, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
