Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Drive safety, people, quality, customer experience and speed, productivity, costs, and environmental performance.
• Support project execution across multiple functions and resolve issues between stakeholders.
• Hold functional teams accountable for deliverables and share best practices with other countries.
• Maintain health and safety standards while promoting a strong on-site safety culture.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, productivity, and costs.
• Plan for three-, six-, and twelve-month horizons, with a focus on peak-season readiness.
• Prepare leadership updates, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Establish metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and customer experience.
• Use data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze performance, implement corrective actions, standardize shift processes, and improve customer service.

Basic qualifications

• At least 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of Amazon blue-badge/FTE experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products weighing up to 100 pounds during shifts.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, and data links.
