Role Overview
Egis Group is seeking an Architecture Intern in Riyadh through the Tamheer internship program.
The role provides hands-on experience in architectural design and project development while working with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using industry-standard software.
- Support senior architects in building projects from concept through completion.
- Research building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles.
- Participate in site visits and document conditions, measurements, and progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients on design feasibility and compliance.
- Analyze designs using building codes and design principles.
- Create 3D models and renderings for design visualization and stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Attend design meetings and contribute ideas to project outcomes.
- Support project proposals and presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is required.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and design standards is required.
- Technical drawing, drafting, spatial reasoning, visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Familiarity with Saudi building regulations, BIM software, 3D modeling and rendering tools, and basic project management is preferred.
- The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain enthusiasm for learning is expected.
