Your place in our story

As an Architecture Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Architecture team by ensuring information flows efficiently between internal departments, external consultants, municipalities, and our construction teams.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, managing processes, and contributing to the successful delivery of residential projects.

Working closely with Architectural Technologists, Permit Coordinators, consultants, and other stakeholders, you will help maintain the accuracy of drawing packages, track project information, and support the day-to-day administrative and technical needs of the department.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

Coordinate & track drawing revisions with internal departments, consultants, trades, municipalities, and other external stakeholders.
Help ensure all required information, approvals, and documentation are available to support permitting and construction activities.
