About the Role
SKAMLI Project Development Consultants seeks an experienced Architectural & Interior Draftsman for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Dubai. The role requires developing complete drawing packages from concept through construction, including 3D models and visualizations.

Responsibilities
- Develop complete concept, technical, coordination, and execution drawing packages for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, material schedules, MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and technical documentation
- Produce accurate 3D models and high quality visualizations
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all drawings are fully coordinated and ready for implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in architectural and interior drafting
- Proven experience producing complete concept, technical, coordination, and execution drawing packages
- Strong experience in architectural drawings, interior fit out drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and MEP coordination
- Ability to independently develop complete drawing packages from concept through construction
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing, and fit out standards
- Knowledge of AI tools relevant to drafting, visualization, rendering, and workflow optimization
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field
- Experience with MENA and/or UK standards is an advantage

- The firm focuses on luxury residential interiors for private clients and leading property developers, guiding projects from concept to completion.
Role Description
- This is a Full Time, in person role for an Architectural & Interior Draftsman.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complete concept, technical, coordination, and execution drawing packages for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Responsibilities include preparing architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, material schedules, MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
