Requirements
- Mandatory UAE experience, preferably within engineering consultancy firms
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and materials
- Proven experience in site supervision and inspection of architectural works
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations
- Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and construction practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation
