Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our technical/design team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural drafting, technical detailing, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, particularly for villas and apartment projects.

• Prepare accurate architectural, technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawings for villas and apartment projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, joinery details, and construction details.
• Prepare IFC, tender, authority submission, and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and joinery teams.
• Review consultant comments and revise drawings accordingly.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, UAE regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare door/window schedules, material layouts, and architectural detail packages.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.
• Provide technical support to project engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical details and approvals.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control, and filing.
• Identify design/technical conflicts and propose practical drafting solutions.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Experience with villa and apartment projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and submission procedures.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out and joinery coordination.
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and methods.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates with experience in high-end residential, luxury villas, interior fit-out, joinery, and technical design will be highly considered.
