Role Description
Develop creative and functional architectural concepts and translate design ideas into practical, visually compelling solutions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout design and documentation.
Design and Documentation
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, presentations, and design proposals based on project requirements.
- Translate design concepts into detailed plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and architectural documentation.
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings according to project requirements, design standards, and applicable regulations.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, diagrams, and visual materials to communicate design intent.
Coordination and Quality
- Coordinate design solutions with architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Support design development from initial concept through detailed design and project documentation.
- Review drawings and design information to identify inconsistencies, coordination issues, and potential improvements.
- Research materials, finishes, building systems, construction methods, and relevant design standards.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders into design revisions.
