Role Overview
The Architect-level Solution Owner is an AI-native product and delivery leader who shapes client solutions, directs delivery teams, and remains accountable for outcomes, performance, and business value.
The role works with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists while partnering directly with client product owners and technology leaders.
AI tools, agents, and workflows are embedded into Slalom's delivery practices for discovery, documentation, analysis, backlog management, and team alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define project governance, Agile cadence, ceremonies, and delivery reporting.
- Partner with Product Owners on product definition, specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and OKR alignment.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and later iterations, including feedback collection and impact measurement.
- Maintain a shared project context hub for strategy, decisions, requirements, risks, and technical context.
- Use MCPs and agents to keep project context current and accessible.
- Lead delivery teams through issue and risk management, meeting facilitation, and project status reporting.
- Validate technical approaches, strategies, deliverables, and team toolchains with engineering leaders.
