We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Architect And Interior Designer
with strong experience in
BIM workflows, Revit, and technical coordination
.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in design development, construction documentation, coordination drawings, and project execution across architecture/interior projects.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop architectural and interior design solutions from concept to execution stage.
- Prepare detailed
- shop drawings, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, and construction documentation
- .
- Create, modify, and manage
- BIM/Revit models
- for project coordination and execution.
- Perform
- clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
- .
- Develop and manage
Revit Families
- as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support site coordination, design revisions, and execution-related technical issues.
Mandatory Skills And Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Architecture Or Interior Design
- .
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design projects in UAE.
- Strong hands-on experience in
Autodesk Revit
- ,
- BIM workflows and Navisworks
- for coordination and clash detection.
- Strong understanding of
- BIM coordination
- and model management.
- Ability to prepare and review
Shop Drawings
and
Ifc Drawings
- .
- Strong knowledge of
- construction documentation, technical detailing, and coordination drawings

- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Salary :- 15k-16k AED + other benefits as per UAE labor law
