We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Architect And Interior Designer
with strong experience or working knowledge in BIM processes and coordination.
The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects, with the ability to develop design concepts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and produce high-quality technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, space planning, and detailed drawings.
- Work on BIM-based project development and coordination.
- Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- **5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design projects.**
- Experience or knowledge in BIM workflows and coordination.
- **Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM tools and documentation**
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
- Salary :- 15k-16k AED + other benefits as per UAE labor law
