Responsibilities
- Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans.
- Supervise the implementation of structural and architectural components, verifying compliance with design specifications and project standards.
- Monitor structural elements during construction to uphold safety, integrity, and stability requirements.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to resolve any structural concerns or discrepancies encountered on-site.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of construction materials and systems, ensuring they meet both architectural and structural criteria.
- Conduct routine inspections of materials to confirm quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Work closely with architects and design professionals to address and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Provide input on construction details to ensure consistency with the overall design intent.
- Review and update construction documentation, including drawings and specifications, to reflect approved changes and modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date as-built drawings for future reference and project close-out.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working with a reputable architectural consultancy.
- Strong background in site-based architectural supervision and post-contract responsibilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
- Experience with high-rise commercial and residential projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship skills.
- Saudi National for Saudization purposes
