About the Role
Egis is seeking an experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Architectural Design Team. The role requires a creative design thinker with strong architectural design and technical skills, and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, etc.)
- Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research, analysis, and collaboration with clients and consultants
- Produce high quality design outputs, including sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings, to effectively communicate design intent
- Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages
- Stay informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, applying them to enhance design quality
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations as part of the project team, contributing to discussions and design reviews
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- Proven ability to contribute to early stage design on medium to large scale projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD
- Strong freehand sketching, visual communication, and presentation abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams
- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
