Lead the development and execution of business, information, and technical architectures that align technology investments with Workplace Solutions business strategies and long-term objectives.
Partner with business and Information Services leaders to analyze business drivers, assess strategic initiatives, and translate complex requirements into scalable architecture solutions and roadmaps.
Define, implement, and govern architecture principles, practices, patterns, frameworks, and standards that guide enterprise decision-making and solution delivery.
Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative approaches to identify opportunities that enhance business capabilities, operational effectiveness, and customer experiences.
Facilitate architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept evaluations to explore solutions, assess impacts, and drive informed technology decisions.
Provide trusted architectural leadership, mentoring, and training to technical teams and business partners, fostering continuous learning and the adoption of architecture best practices.
Collaborate across the enterprise to influence strategy, promote architecture governance, and champion reusable solutions that support innovation, scalability, security, and business growth.

Strong knowledge of AI-assisted engineering practices, DevSecOps, architecture governance, and enterprise integration strategies, including experience with data products, data virtualization, and distributed data ecosystems.
Proven ability to align business strategy, technology roadmaps, and architectural outcomes while influencing architecture direction across multiple products, business domains, and delivery organizations.
Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring architects and engineering leaders, fostering architecture communities of practice, and driving the adoption of architectural standards and best practices across the enterprise.
Industry certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or equivalent architecture experience preferred.
