Role Description
The Architect will work full time on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role contributes to planning and design of architectural projects across the organization's portfolio.
The position includes design development, documentation, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, site visits, and technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
- Prepare drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
- Support project management activities.
- Oversee integration of architectural solutions with related services.
- Use Arabic and English to communicate with clients and authorities.
- Participate in site visits and provide technical guidance.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Hold a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Have proven experience in commercial or governmental projects, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
- Be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Have strong architecture and architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and technical drawings.
- Have project management experience involving timelines, stakeholders, and delivery from design through execution.
- Understand integration between architectural solutions and related systems or services.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design and drafting tools.
- Be familiar with local building codes and regulations.
- Be able to work on-site in Dubai.
