Job Overview
The Architect will join a real estate development team in Dubai.
The role leads architectural design and project development from concept creation through construction and handover.
Projects include residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role covers design management, consultant and contractor coordination, authority approvals, technical reviews, and compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy, and construction.
- Ability to lead architectural concepts from inception through full project development and execution.
- Experience delivering and managing high-rise developments of G+12 and above.
- A valid G+12 or Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit is mandatory.
- Active membership in the Society of Engineers, UAE, is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, UAE building regulations, and project coordination.
