- The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai.
Project Context
The position is within a real estate development team working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role reports to the Project Director or Project Head.
Job Overview
The Architect will lead architectural design and project development from concept creation through construction and handover.
The role requires expertise in design management, consultant and contractor coordination, authority approvals, technical reviews, and compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy, and construction.
- Proven ability to lead architectural concepts from inception through full project development and execution.
- Experience delivering and managing high-rise developments of G+12 and above.
- Must hold a valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit.
- Must be an active member of the Society of Engineers, UAE.
