About the Role
AceNet is seeking an Archer GRC Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and support of the RSA Archer GRC platform in Abu Dhabi. The role involves automating GRC processes, integrating systems, and managing compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and support for the Archer GRC platform, including On Demand Applications (ODA) and Advanced Workflow
- Build and deploy core GRC processes within Archer, including Business Continuity Frameworks, IT & Enterprise Risk Processes, and Security Operations
- Facilitate requirement gathering and project management for automating risk identification, assessment, remediation, policy exception management, and 3rd party cyber risk management
- Integrate Archer with various business platforms using SQL Connectors, APIs (REST/SOAP), and Middleware
- Develop and maintain Regional Information Security Standards (e.g., NESA, ISR) as Authoritative Documents within Archer for compliance evaluation
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, and Technical Compliance teams to onboard diverse department based processes
- Establish a complete understanding of the business requirement and strategically articulate ideas into plans and action items
- Understand and effectively execute AI related implementations or integrations, GRC data analysis and cross functional data and AI functional and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
- Advanced hands on experience in the implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Archer Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platform
- Expertise in Archer integrations, including Data Feed Manager, SQL Connectors, APIs, and automation capabilities
- Strong proficiency in SQL for backend troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and advanced risk analytics
- Experience designing and maintaining complex risk, compliance, audit, and business continuity dashboards and reports within Archer
- Deep understanding of regulatory and industry frameworks, including NESA, ISR, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application within GRC platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and geographically distributed teams

Role Summary
- The Archer GRC Consultant will be responsible for the end to end design, implementation, configuration, and support of the RSA Archer GRC platform.
- The role focuses on automating Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity, and Regulatory Compliance processes to strengthen the organization's risk management capabilities and security posture.
- The consultant will also manage GRC projects and initiatives, requiring strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of AI enabled GRC solutions, particularly Archer Evolv and emerging AI capabilities within the GRC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Design & Support: Lead the technical design, configuration, and support for the Archer GRC platform, including On Demand Applications (ODA) and Advanced Workflow.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, and Technical Compliance teams to onboard diverse department based processes (e.g., vulnerability assessments, red/blue teaming).
- Strategic thinking and analysis: Establish a complete understanding of the business requirement and strategically articulate ideas into plans and action items.
- Artificial Intelligence: Understand and effectively execute AI related implementations or integrations, GRC data analysis and cross functional data and AI functional and reporting requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
