Project Overview

Recording Tasks

• Record one natural, unscripted 15–20 second video.
• Look directly at the camera throughout the recording.
• Answer brief questions about age range, country, and dialect after recording.
• Suggested prompts include introducing yourself, saying where you live, or discussing an interest or hobby.

Recording Specifications

• Use video quality of 1080p or higher.
• Use a centered, fully visible head-and-shoulders frame.
• Use a well-lit face and plain or neutral background.
• Speak clearly without background noise, music, or echo.
• Portrait or landscape orientation is acceptable if the camera is held steadily.
• A quiet indoor setting is preferred.
• Do not use filters, beauty modes, sunglasses, hats, hoods, face coverings, headphones, watermarks, stickers, borders, or additional people or pets.

Participant Requirements

• Be a native Arabic speaker and self-identify an Arabic dialect.
• Supported dialect groups include Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, Iraqi, and Yemeni Arabic.
• A brief screening step may be used to confirm the dialect before final submission.

Project Details

• The job type is freelance.
• The duration is one session with an estimated one-hour commitment.
• Pay is US$13 per accepted video.
• The expected start date is ASAP.

Location

• The project is remote and available in Saudi Arabia or Qatar.

• Participants must review and accept a consent form explaining how the video and submitted information will be used, stored, and shared.
