We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE law and a proven track record of success in the UAE legal landscape.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultant and support on the variety of legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficient in drafting legal memoranda.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Courts and Federal Courts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of drafting commercial contracts.
- Experience in resolving rental disputes.
- Strong network within the courts and police stations.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience within the UAE to 10 years in general in the law.
- Strong knowledge of UAE law and legal procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
- Having a UAE driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
