Role Overview
A medical center in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join its healthcare team.
The role supports patients and front desk operations in a busy healthcare environment.
Schedule
- Available shifts are 1:00 PM–10:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical center or healthcare facility.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle patient registration, appointments, calls, and front desk operations.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments and patient registrations.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient information and front desk records.
- Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Employment
The position is full-time and permanent.
