About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Aquatics Training Supervisor – Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Supervise the daily performance of the lifeguard team across pool, beach, and waterfront areas.
Assign lifeguard positions, surveillance zones, rotations, and break coverage based on business levels and coverage standards.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Promotions Specialist to manage loyalty programs and deliver targeted campaigns for Wynn Rewards. The role requires loyalty or hospitality marketing experience, analytical and CRM skill
Lifeguard Instructor / Trainer certification and First Aid / CPR / AED Instructor certification required or strongly preferred.
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of lifeguarding experience, including previous supervisory, senior lifeguard, or trainer experience preferred.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, beach club, pool operation, or high-volume aquatic environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of aquatic safety standards, lifeguarding techniques, surveillance, rescue, and emergency response.
Ability to deliver, assess, and document lifeguard, first aid, CPR, and AED training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Ability to utilize operational systems, communication platforms, radios, reporting tools, and departmental applications.
Ability to complete incident reports, training records, assessments, and documentation accurately.
Consistently lead the team in delivering service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star standards while maintaining uncompromising water safety.
Ensure lifeguards balance vigilant surveillance with gracious, approachable, and professional guest engagement.
Act as a role model for gracious, polished, personalized, and anticipatory service.
Ensure all colleagues demonstrate genuine hospitality, warmth, confidence, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
Coach the team to anticipate guest needs before requests are made whenever possible.
Maintain a highly visible floor presence and actively support guest recognition and personalization.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Maintain exceptional grooming, presentation, and professional conduct standards for self and team.
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the Wynn brand and luxury service philosophy.
