Job Overview
The Applications Development Senior Manager role drives application systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with the Technology team.
The role establishes and implements new or revised application systems and programs through management of a team or department.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define NetSuite system enhancements using Finance processes and SuiteScript customizations.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and implement and support NetSuite-specific solutions.
- Prepare NetSuite design and configuration specifications.
- Review configurations, customizations, and access controls for vulnerabilities and control issues.
- Coach junior NetSuite developers and analysts.
- Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and resolve platform issues.
- Serve as the NetSuite subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Operate autonomously with limited direct supervision.
- Assess risk, drive compliance, and transparently escalate and report control issues.
Required Skills
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite platform development and customization.
- Hands-on capability with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and NetSuite record conversion.
