- Position Title: Apprentice – Sales
- Employment Type: Apprenticeship (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme – NATS)
Location

- Duration: 6 Months About the Role
- We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh Bachelor graduates to join our Sales team as Apprentice – Sales Associates. This field-based role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development within the IT services, managed print services (MPS), and printing solutions industry.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and support sales initiatives across the Delhi NCR region.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calls and generate qualified sales leads.
- Visit prospective enterprise and SMB customers across Delhi NCR.
- Promote IT services, software solutions, managed print services (MPS), and Lexmark and Xerox printing solutions.
- Schedule customer meetings and support product presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process.
- Adhere to company policies and apprenticeship program requirements.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any non-technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered if they are willing to work under a 6-month apprenticeship contract.
- Must be eligible for registration under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
