We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage team in Mysuru, India.

This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the culinary and hospitality industry while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic bakery and food service environment.

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in both bakery operations and customer service, developing a comprehensive skill set in food preparation, presentation, and guest interaction.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery items following established recipes and quality standards
• Learn and apply proper food safety and hygiene protocols in all kitchen operations
• Support the F&B service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through attentive and courteous service
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and service areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during service hours
• Receive guidance and training from senior staff members and implement feedback to improve performance
