Role Overview
Lead the restaurant team with passion, energy, and confidence.
Create memorable guest experiences and ensure the restaurant's culture and values are reflected in every interaction.
Leadership and Guest Experience
- Be present on the floor, lead by example, and set the standard for service excellence.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team members while creating opportunities for growth.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolve challenges quickly, and turn concerns into positive experiences.
Commercial and Operational Management
- Drive sales, maximise profitability, manage budgets, and monitor labour, food costs, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations from opening until the last guest leaves.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, equipment maintenance, and stock levels while reducing waste.
Quality, Safety, and Marketing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, quality, and compliance.
- Work with the Marketing team on promotions, events, and partnerships that encourage repeat visits.
