Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Emerging Markets team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and sales strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and research new business opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Support the implementation of sales campaigns and initiatives, ensuring effective execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for sales and back-end processes.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting, providing insights to improve sales performance.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Support the team in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Emerging Markets department.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging market dynamics and cultural sensitivities is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
  • A passion for emerging markets and a desire to contribute to their growth.
