Overview
AtkinsRéalis' Transmission and Distribution business delivers engineering solutions for power networks, including substations, transmission lines, and grid modernization.
The BIM team creates 3D models, supports clash detection and Scan-to-BIM workflows, and contributes to digital engineering and multidisciplinary projects.
Your Role
- Prepare single-line diagrams, control schemes, layouts, 3D models, and hazardous area classifications.
- Develop substation layouts and infrastructure drawings for power, earthing, lighting, and protection systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
- Engage in BIM and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Support project setup, customization, and delivery tracking.
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong interest in BIM, digital engineering, and infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM tools and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to build skills in 3D modelling, coordination, and global standards.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Dynamo.
