Job Description
Lead the design and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions that enhance and transform Market Operations.
Lead a team of scientists and engineers, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and scale AI-driven tools.
Identify opportunities, set technical direction, and deliver measurable impact through AI and ML applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Partner with engineering teams on scalable AI/ML architecture and deployment patterns.
- Manage and mentor AI/ML data scientists using agile experimentation and delivery practices.
- Ensure production-grade AI/ML applications are built, maintained, and optimized.
- Establish model evaluation, monitoring, governance, and deployment best practices.
- Document methodologies, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Drive design and delivery alignment across teams and prioritize AI/ML prerequisites.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders on complex problems.
Required Qualifications
- An MSc or PhD in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
