Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Four to eight years of AI/ML solution development or equivalent research experience is required.
• Experience applying state-of-the-art AI/ML methods, designing experiments, and translating results into business goals is required.
• Experience managing data preparation, model training and fine-tuning, latency constraints, and integration requirements is required.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, cloud ML platforms, and open-source toolkits is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• The typical annual hiring range is CAD 146,830 to CAD 192,720, with eligibility for an annual bonus program for qualifying permanent employees.
