Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered experiences for creating, configuring, evaluating, and improving workflows across North.
- Design workflow builders, proactive assistants, review flows, and other interfaces for interacting with models.
- Build evaluation, observability, and feedback systems for real enterprise workflows.
- Improve reliability through product design, prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops.
