Responsibilities
- Lead planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of North in private-cloud and on-premises environments.
- Assess client infrastructure, security requirements, and data-management practices with enterprise IT teams.
- Design secure, compliant deployment strategies tailored to client needs.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Travel to customer premises for 20–40% of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.
- Production administration experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with GPU node orchestration and scheduling is a bonus.
- Understanding of GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance optimization is a bonus.
