- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, resolving issues and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up to date application documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop test cases to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Integrate applications with existing systems to ensure seamless data exchange and compatibility.
- Configure applications to meet business needs and optimize performance and user experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and effective utilization of systems.
- Monitor system performance and support incident resolution and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in enterprise application support or systems operations
- Certified Associate in Software Engineering (CASE) or equivalent (preferred)
- Programming certifications (e.g., Java, Python) (preferred)
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) (preferred)

Job Summary
- The Applications Specialist – Systems Operations plays a key role in supporting Mowasalat’s vision of delivering agile, safe, and sustainable transport solutions by ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, resolving issues and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up to date application documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop test cases to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Develop business cases, proposals, and technical documentation to support system enhancements and implementations.
- Integrate applications with existing systems to ensure seamless data exchange and compatibility.
- Configure applications to meet business needs and optimize performance and user experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and effective utilization of systems.
- Maintain user documentation such as guides, manuals, and FAQs.
- Monitor system performance and support incident resolution and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise application support or systems operations.
- Certified Associate in Software Engineering (CASE) or equivalent (preferred)
- Programming certifications (e.g., Java, Python) (preferred)
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) (preferred)
