Role Overview
Citi is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to lead development of robust, scalable enterprise applications.
The role includes technical leadership, mentoring, complex problem-solving, and integration of AI technologies into software solutions.
Technical Leadership and Strategy
- Conduct feasibility studies, provide time and cost estimates, and define scope for application systems and programs.
- Serve as a Java development subject matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
- Evaluate business and system processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop security measures and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Development and Implementation
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation activities.
- Develop, test, and deploy new or revised applications for business and user requirements.
- Provide application support and resolve issues with users, clients, and technology groups.
- Contribute to operating standards and development procedures.
