Role Overview

Experience and Qualifications

• The role requires 4–6 years of experience.
• Experience in LOS application support or production support is required.
• A strong banking-domain understanding is required; crop-loan, KCC, or agri-lending exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management is required.
• Awareness of application security, audits, and regulatory compliance is required.
• Basic understanding of system integrations and API-based data flows is required.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills are required.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide production application support for Crop LOS.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and stability.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes under defined IT processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues permanently.
• Coordinate business change requests and controlled implementation.
• Address application-security findings and close audit and compliance observations.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, NABARD, and internal compliance requirements.
• Support integrations with core banking systems, external agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate issue resolution with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Communicate during incidents and support operations during peak seasonal volumes.
