- Serve as functional and technical owner of the Student Information System (SIS) and related student lifecycle applications
- Administer, configure, and support student facing and academic administration systems
- Lead application lifecycle management activities including implementation, upgrades, testing, release management, and vendor coordination
- Manage integrations between SIS and related enterprise applications (LMS, CRM, Finance, HR, Identity Management, Reporting)
- Support data synchronization, API integrations, middleware configurations, and data exchange processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology solutions
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SIS related systems and coordinate vendor escalations
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of new student services applications
- Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels
- Support multiple customer environments and maintain system configurations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, privacy regulations, and institutional policies
- Act as trusted advisor to institutional stakeholders on student systems capabilities and best practices
Requirements
- Experience as functional and technical owner of Student Information Systems
- Knowledge of admissions, curriculum, student success, and graduation systems
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations

- Administer, configure, and support student facing and academic administration systems, including Admissions Management Systems, Academic Catalog and Curriculum Management Systems, Student Success and Retention Platforms, e Certificate and Digital Credentialing Solutions, Graduation and Degree Audit
- Lead application lifecycle management activities, including implementation, upgrades, testing, release management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage integrations between the SIS and related enterprise applications, including LMS, CRM, Finance, HR, Identity Management, and Reporting platforms.
- Support data synchronization, API integrations, middleware configurations, and data exchange processes across institutional systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology solutions that enhance student experience.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SIS related systems and coordinate vendor escalations when required.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of new student services applications.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels to ensure compliance with institutional and contractual requirements.
- Support multiple customer environments and institutions by maintaining system configurations, documentation, and service standards specific to each client.
- Participate in cross functional initiatives related to digital transformation, student experience enhancement, and process automation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, privacy regulations, and institutional policies across all supported applications.
