Overview
University of Doha for Science and Technology is a national university in Qatar focused on applied, technical, and professional education.
The university has more than 700 staff, over 8,000 students, and academic programs across business, computing, engineering, health sciences, and general education.
Operational Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Campus Solutions, HCM, and Finance ERP modules.
- Support analysis, design, construction, implementation, and documentation of IT applications aligned with university policies.
- Analyze and document business requirements and design, test, and maintain data processing solutions.
- Develop procedures to preserve ERP system and database integrity.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and data management regulations and policies.
- Assign appropriate system access to users at different organizational levels.
- Define user needs and develop data processing solutions with end users.
- Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
- Troubleshoot application and database problems and coordinate timely resolution with stakeholders and vendors.
- Prepare ERP reports, monitor ITIL compliance, and create training materials.
- Maintain knowledge of mandated technologies and emerging software and development trends.
- Perform other assigned job-related duties.
