Desirable Qualifications

• Strong application development skills and experience working on enterprise systems.
• Experience in working in Salesforce platforms
• Experience in supporting development and maintenance activities in mission-critical, 24x7 production environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in working in Agile and/or Waterfall development methodologies.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and data handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with timely decision-making.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to learning and delivery.
