- Provide clinical application support for Agfa Digital Radiography solutions including fixed DR rooms, mobile DR systems, and retrofit projects
- Perform clinical acceptance, system optimization, and workflow configuration after installation
- Deliver on site and remote clinical training for radiographers and clinical staff
- Support customers in image quality optimization, dose management, and exam standardization
- Support product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and proof of concepts
- Participate in pre sales activities including technical presentations, tender support, and value based clinical positioning
- Act as a clinical reference for Agfa distributors across MEA
- Contribute to regional trainings, workshops, and user meetings
Requirements
- Strong understanding of X ray physics, image quality parameters, and radiation dose optimization
- Excellent training and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in multicultural and multi country environments
- Strong communication skills with radiographers, radiologists, biomedical engineers, and management
- Willingness to travel across the MEA region

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical application support for Agfa Digital Radiography solutions including fixed DR rooms, mobile DR systems, and retrofit projects
- Perform clinical acceptance, system optimization, and workflow configuration after installation
- Deliver on site and remote clinical training for radiographers and clinical staff
- Support customers in image quality optimization, dose management, and exam standardization
- Act as a clinical escalation point during early system usage and optimization phases
- Maintain strong knowledge of Agfa DR portfolio including detectors, generators, acquisition software, and workflow tools
- Support product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and proof of concepts
- Participate in pre sales activities including technical and clinical presentations, tender support, and value based clinical positioning
- Translate clinical workflows into solution designs aligned with Agfa's value proposition
- Support distributors with product positioning and differentiation versus competitors
- Act as a clinical reference for Agfa distributors across MEA
- Contribute to regional trainings, workshops, and user meetings
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of X ray physics, image quality parameters, and radiation dose optimization
- Excellent training and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in multicultural and multi country environments
- Strong communication skills with radiographers, radiologists, biomedical engineers, and management
- Willingness to travel across the MEA region
