- Equipment selection / Costing / Zoho Quotation
- Preparing technical submittal & reply to consultant comments
- Preparation of optimised and value engineered selections in CCSI software
- Follow up on quotations.
- Preparation of order documents and sharing with sales coordinators along with the final approved documents
- Preparation of project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.
- Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select proper DX & CHW units and prepare a zoho quote based on price list & cost sheet.
- Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
- Meeting consultants, contractors for the technical meetings
- Handling other territories as per management requirements.
- Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer.
