- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors for raw materials, trims, and finished garments
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to meet company cost and quality objectives
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sample development and approvals
- Monitor and track production schedules to ensure on time delivery
- Conduct market research to stay updated with trends, fabric innovations, and sourcing destinations
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with ethical and sustainability standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or merchandising in the apparel industry
- Strong knowledge of garment production, fabric types, and global sourcing markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are looking for Apparel Sourcing Merchandisers for our Dubai Office.
