Dr. Nutrition is hiring an App Growth Executive for its digital team.
The primary objective is to grow sales and revenue through the Dr. Nutrition mobile app.
The main KPI is growth of app sales and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the in-app customer journey and improve conversion from visit or install to purchase.
- Drive app revenue, conversion rate, and repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with media buyers to improve campaign performance and profitability.
- Suggest offers, promotions, and growth initiatives to increase app sales.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, AOV, retention, and LTV.
- Improve push notifications, in-app offers, CRM campaigns, and customer reactivation.
- Plan and monitor A/B tests to improve conversion and sales.
- Work with developers and designers to implement app improvements.
- Identify sales-funnel drop-off points and recommend practical solutions.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in mobile app growth, e-commerce growth, or digital growth.
- Good knowledge of GA4 and/or Firebase.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce conversion funnel.
- Experience with CRM, retention, and push notifications is highly preferred.
- A strong analytical mindset focused on sales and revenue rather than only traffic or app downloads.
- Ability to work effectively with media buyers, developers, and designers.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 6,000–7,000 plus performance incentives.
- A second pay listing states AED 1,812.36–7,090.96 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
