Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Analyst

• Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting headquarters-level policy development, planning, assessments, and program administration.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, edit, and refine complex technical and security-related documentation .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including DOD365 Applications
• A bility to obtain and maintain access to government systems and databases, including:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10 years of documented experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Physical Security, Emergency Management, or related security programs within a military, DHS, DoD, or federal agency environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Development and implementation of AT/FP policy at tactical , operational, and strategic levels. Integration of threat information into AT/FP programs. Conducting AT/FP assessments and vulnerability analyses. Developing and delivering AT/FP training programs. Planning and executing tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises.
• Development and implementation of AT/FP policy at tactical , operational, and strategic levels.

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
• Knowledge of U.S. Coast Guard correspondence and policy development processes.
• Experience facilitating working groups, security committees, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Risk Management Process.
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure protection, risk management, or continuity programs.
