Role Description
Create engaging visual content through animation, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.
Transform creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and ideas into visual content supporting communication, branding, marketing, and digital objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop animation concepts, storyboards, visual sequences, characters, environments, objects, and motion elements.
- Produce high-quality 2D or 3D animation and create motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, titles, and animated assets.
- Collaborate with creative, design, marketing, and content teams to understand objectives and translate ideas into visual narratives.
- Refine animations from creative feedback, follow visual and brand guidelines, and meet technical and creative standards.
- Explore new animation styles and techniques while staying informed about animation, motion design, and digital media trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in animation, multimedia, digital media, visual arts, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual composition, timing, movement, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in relevant animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of 2D and/or 3D animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and digital content production.
- Ability to interpret scripts, concepts, and storyboards and transform them into animated sequences.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams and manage multiple creative tasks.
- Adaptability to different animation styles, formats, platforms, and creative requirements.
